DIN kabı (Viskozite Ölçüm Kabı)
Viskozite kapları boyaların, verniklerin ve diğer akışkanların viskozitesini ölçmekte kullanılır. Özellikle boyaların, matbaa mürekkeplerinin ve verniklerin uygulama viskozitesinin ayarlanmasında yaygın olarak kullanılır. Çok hassas ölçülerde üretilen kapların akış deliği paslanmaz çeliktir. Viskozite akış kaplarının, titanyum anodize kaplama aluminyum ve paslanmaz çelik olmak üzere 2 farklı modeli mevcuttur. Genel olarak laboratuvarlarda bir standla birlikte kullanılır.
Sadece 4mm delik çaplı kabı tarif etse de, endüstrinin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, farklı vizkozitede ürünler için, standard bir norma bağlı olmaksızın, kabın iç geometresi aynı tutularak 2,3,5,6,8 mm delik çaplı kaplar da geliştirilmiş ve sanayide yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır.
